Tell me what's wrong or what you would like to change. A few clear photos help me understand the job before we arrange a visit.

  • Boiler: the front, display and visible pipes around it. Include the make and model if accessible without removing the casing.
  • Radiator: the whole radiator, both connections and any measurements you have.
  • Pipework: the current connections and where you want them to go. A room or kitchen plan helps.
  • Every job: your postcode, preferred dates and any access details I should know.

What happens next?

I'll look through the details and ask about anything missing. Some work can be assessed from photos; for an installation or a more involved job, I'll arrange to see it where needed before confirming the quote.

Need help urgently?

If the heating or hot water has stopped, say so when you message and I can check whether I can help within the time you need. Visits are by appointment; I don't offer a 24-hour emergency response.

If you smell gas, leave the property and call 0800 9009 from outside. If a CO alarm sounds or you suspect carbon monoxide poisoning, get everyone outside and call 112.
