I install and service boilers, fit or move radiators, and take care of water, heating and gas pipework. Tell me what you want to change or what’s going wrong, and I’ll help you choose the next step.

Planning a job in Amsterdam
For an upstairs flat or a tight boiler cupboard, show me the access as well as the appliance. Photos of the stairs, available space and visible flue route help me plan the visit and bring the right materials. Tell me about parking or building access arrangements too.
Does your building have a shared flue?
Let me know before ordering a boiler. The new appliance needs to be suitable for the shared system, and the VvE or building manager should provide the relevant information and arrange any communal work. I’ll help you identify what we need to check before the installation is priced.
What does it cost?
The first hour is €135 incl. BTW including call-out, then €95 incl. BTW per hour. A boiler service is €145 incl. BTW plus materials.
Boiler replacements are quoted as a fixed price after I have assessed the job. A standard CW4 installation is typically €1,995-€2,495 incl. BTW, with the full scope confirmed in writing. See the prices page for the other installation options.
Arrange a visit
Send me your postcode, a few photos and a short description of the job. Include preferred dates and the make and model of the boiler or radiator if you have them. I’ll check the details, explain the options and let you know my availability.
Work is booked by appointment. If your heating has stopped, say so when you message, so I can tell you whether I can help within the time you need.
