Whether you’re in a terraced house, an older home in the centre or an apartment, the existing setup decides the work. Photos of the connections, boiler position and access help me prepare. If you’re renovating, send the plan before the floors and walls are finished.
Living in a rented home or an apartment?
Check whether your landlord already arranges boiler maintenance. For an apartment, tell me if the flue is shared and who manages the building. Any shared-system work needs to be discussed with the VvE or managing agent before booking.
What does it cost?
The first hour is €135 incl. BTW including call-out, then €95 incl. BTW per hour. A boiler service is €145 incl. BTW plus materials.
Boiler replacements are quoted as a fixed price after I have assessed the job. A standard CW4 installation is typically €1,995-€2,495 incl. BTW, with the full scope confirmed in writing. See the prices page for the other installation options.
Arrange a visit
Send me your postcode, a few photos and a short description of the job. Include preferred dates and the make and model of the boiler or radiator if you have them. I’ll check the details, explain the options and let you know my availability.
Work is booked by appointment. If your heating has stopped, say so when you message, so I can tell you whether I can help within the time you need.
